Focal maintains a database of its Executive, patrons, supporters and others who live in or near Adderbury or who have booked on one of our events.
The European Union has issued a data protection regulation recently which requires organisations to obtain positive permission to hold personal data such as an individual’s e-mail address.
Where such permission is given, Focal will use the data to e-mail details of Focal upcoming events, usually no more than once per month.  Focal will not pass anyone’s personal details to any other organisation.
Where an individual fails to give permission for retention of their personal data or asks for it not to be recorded, Focal will delete any data they hold
Focal will take reasonable precautions to secure the safety of the personal data they hold for all individuals.
